Trainer design project - Nike themed
High levels of student engagement with this project.
Students research Nike and a designer of their choice and design & make a trainer with their own fabric design. We use sublimation printing to create the fabric and print onto Pelmet/Craft White 91cm wide from Whaleys Bradford.
Once you have printed your design onto the fabric, students cut it out and can hand sew into it before hot gluing it together.
The resources include:
- Full student booklet to use with PPT
- PPT with first 5 lessons (design section) + evaluation
- Shoe template JPG file
- 2 Homework tasks
