The City Anagram Challenge

Presentation intended for use as a starter or plenary activity in Key Stage 3 or 4 Geography.
There are 20 different challenges that all follow the same format. Students are presented with a slide with an anagram of a major metropolis obscured. The metropolis is revealed and an embedded one minute timer is launched by clicking on the teacher. Three clues are also available by clicking on the “globe”. At the end of the minute the presentation moved to the next slide and students are challenged to work out the correct answer.
