1. Use Multi-Page Printing: Select the “Pages per Sheet” option in your print settings (usually 6 or 9 per page) to fit multiple 6x6 cm cards onto a single A4 or Letter sheet .
2. Maintain Original Scale: Ensure your “Scale” is set to 100% or “Actual Size”; because the cards are already 6x6 cm, they will print at the correct size without needing to be stretched or shrunk .
3. Selective Printing: Only print the specific pages you need, such as Maths , Writing , or SPAG, to avoid printing unwanted duplicates.
4. Laminate for Longevity: By printing once on cardstock and laminating, these cards—from Register to Home Time —will last for years, eliminating the need for future reprints.
