This is a resource designed for Year 4 students to help them practice recognising and identifying 2D and 3D shapes, and drawing lines of symmetry.
The resource contains PDF and Word versions of the following:
- A help sheet outlining the main 2D and 3D shapes and their properties, and how to find lines of symmetry of 2D shapes.
- An extended question sheet including questions covering all of the topics covered in the help sheet, including a “who am I?” section to develop reasoning skills.
- An answer sheet for teacher use or student consolidation
