A scheme of learning with all you need to teach a topic of Place Value. It is based on a mastery approach, with some links to White Rose and some activities I have developed over the course of my teaching career.
Each lesson contains a set of power point slides (in pdf format) for you to work through with your class, including some modelling and guided practice. It includes a starter task, details of the main tasks set, and plenary/ review style tasks.
Each lesson has some metacognitive tasks- including recall tasks, fast five, one minute challenge activities to name a few. Some of these tasks will recall previous learning and some will extend previous knowlegde.
This download will include a pdf power point, worksheet and a copy of the plan (it includes all the lessons as one document). However the full set can be bought, giving you a 20% saving.
