This yoga sequence is all about balancing, it helps teaches the students some balancing postures in yoga, but also that it is okay to fall out of a balance. With balancing, falling out is all part of the journey. It helps us to learn that we can smile, brush ourselves off and then try again. It focuses on practice and perseverance, which the students can then use in their day to day lives.
