KS3 (Year 9) Lesson 3 & 4 of 7. Lesson 3 has information carousel of why Hitler disliked the Jews. Students to look at reasons and assess why these are not acceptable reasons for his future persecution of Jews. GCSE-style 4 mark describe question with success criteria and peer mark.

Lesson 1 of 7 for KS3 (year 9) on the Holocaust. Introduces the idea of stereotyping and why it is wrong and how it led to the Holocaust. Fun gingerbread man activity to assess what a stereotype is followed by source analysis of anti-Semitic propaganda and how this might lead to the holocaust. Students will go on to assess anti-Semitism through the ages in the next lesson.
