A power-point with worksheets (differentiated materials) to deliver an introductory lesson to the IELTS Listening exam, looking at key skills, key terms and giving the students a practice (using one of the Cambridge sample papers).

Four IELTS Writing task 1 sample answers and three task 2 sample answers to complement Cambridge IELTS Book 9 Test 2. It is a good task for the students to work on their own self-assessment skills, looking for positive/negative points and helping them to compare to their own work. Could then lead the students to do a peer-assessment swap of their own work.
