I began my education career in as a family practitioner planning and implementing sensory and social groups for babies and families. I then continued to train as an Early Years practitioner, before becoming a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant. For eight years I worked in a variety of settings, including a mainstream primary school, an outdoor education centre and an SEMH secondary setting, before completing a degree in child and adolescent mental health and returning to SEN and primary as a qualified teacher. I now work as a tutor, employed by county to bring education to children with an EOTAS package. I am ardent in my belief that all children enjoy achieving, both academically and socially and aim to make all my sessions accessible to all students in some way.
