What would you undo? My Ego is about our self-esteem or confidence. The resource looks at both ends of the spectrum. towards the end of this resource the mentee will start to look into humility. Asking them to think of others more rather than themselves.

What would I undo? - My Hypocrisy focuses on the masks we put on in front of different people to fit in. The resource encourages the mentee to be themselves all the time. If you are not ok today tell people you are not ok. Towards the end of the session, the mentee looks at what they are hiding from some people. The mentor and mentee then create an action plan on how they are going to drop their mask.

What would I undo? -My Isolation establishes when it is ok to be independent and when we need to collaborate with others for the greater good. The resource allows the mentee the reflect on independence, focusing on the strengths and weakness. The mentee will have a better understanding of independence and isolation at the end of this session.

What would I undo? - My Indifference is looking at compassion. Sometimes to show compassion we need to step out of our comfort zone and get our hands dirty. This resources helps the mentee see that we need to help others. It is easy to think about ourselves but this resources encourages us to look outside and not just outside our homes but outside our country. It reminds us that we have privileges that others sadly do not. We hope you have fun discussing this resources with your mentee.

When working through this resource the mentee will reflect on what is going well and what not so well. It then goes on to how our mess transforms us in to something and that something is more valuable than what we started off with.
