Pupils are asked to find clues in order to help their neighbour find his brother who is somewhere in Europe. Pupils are given a scenario and a bucket list of possible locations. They then work through the activities to find clues which allow them to eliminate locations and ultimately find the destination.
Some research is involved in translating vocabulary from various languages so I would recommend having devices on hand to help students.
