I have a selection of full lessons and display resources that I have built for my own lessons. They are all structured in a consistent way and are all automated so that they are easy to use. Some of the resources are free and others are paid for, anything that links together can be bought as a bundle.

A full lesson going through how to plot lines that a parallel to the axis or x = y or x = -y
It also involves discussion about how to tell if a co-ordinate lies on a line or not.
Describing picture sequences lesson based on a Mastery style of teaching.
The starter is based on the basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. I would go though these on the board highlighting the methods used.
There is a think, pair, share activity, some group tasks and some use of manipulatives. This is followed by an independent task complete with answers and an exam style question.
I use some multiple choice cards for my first set of AFL questions which you can download from my shop or you could just do those using a mini whiteboard
I use this lesson after the continuing picture sequences lessons. It builds on the ability to draw the next picture in the sequence by going on to predict what will happen next.
How many squares will be in the 10th picture or the 100th picture? How do you know this from the information that you are given? It is starting to build up the idea of a position to term rule and thinking about how that would work and the links between where our picture is in the sequence and the number of shapes it is made up from.
To carry out this lesson you will need mini whiteboards and pens as well as some form of counters or cubes. Personally I have both available in my lesson.
This lesson bundle leads you through three lessons going from finding HCF and LCM by listing numbers to finding products of prime factors and using those in venn diagrams
This is a full selection of lessons that goes through place value, writing numbers, multiplying and dividing by 10, 100 and 1000. It also goes through rounding to decimals, rounding to significant figures and estimating along with upper and lower bounds.
This is an 80 min lesson focusing on changing between fractions decimals and percentages, the length could easily be changed for your classes. It has been created with a lower ability class in mind so you may need to add a few slightly harder questions to the treasure hunt. The settling starter is dividing by 100 followed by the learning objective slide. There is then a shading fractions starter and some examples of how to change between FDP, these start with a pictorial representation and move onto just using a table to help. There are the notes to copy into books and differentiated questions - I have included a word document of grid templates should students need them. The extra practice is a treasure hunt finding the smallest out of a set of 3, there is an example of this first. The exit ticket is an ordering activity and there is a word document available to print that out.
This is a full lesson based on 80 mins but could be changed for your lesson length. It starts with a settling starter of place value questions arranging cards followed by the learning objectives slide. The main starter is a rounding activity with decimals from the previous lesson. The examples go through how to round to significant figures and use that for estimation and notes for students to copy into their books. There is a slide of differentiated questions and the extra practice activity is a treasure hunt. The plenary is an exit ticket that is in a word document so can be easily printed
This is a full lesson based on 80mins but could be altered to suit the length of your lessons. The starter is a match up activity followed by the learning objectives slides. This is followed by words to copy into books for correct spelling and examples of how to read and write numbers. There is a slide with notes to be copied into books and differentiated questions. The extra practice activity is a qwizdom about place value and the plenary is a selection of mixed questions
My lessons are based on 80 minutes but could be altered to suit the length of your classes. It has a settling starter, learning objectives slide, a main starter, examples of the activity with notes to be copied into books, differentiated questions, an extra practice activity and a plenary
These are the activities I have chosen for this lesson:
Starter – What is the question?
Settling starter – Match up equivalent fractions
Extra practice activity – Guess the city
Plenary – Exit ticket (available to print)
All my lessons are set up in a similar way to allow consistency when teaching. They are also all graded based on the new 1 – 9 grading system. Please leave feedback and if you find anything that needs to be changed let me know and I will inform you when it has been done so you can download the latest version.

This is a full lesson resource based on an 80 min lesson but could be changed based on your class. It has an ordering decimal starter followed by the learning objective slide. The main starter is a rounding to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000 practice questions. This is followed by examples of rounding and a slide with notes and examples to be written into books. There are some differentiated questions and a qwizdom activity, the qwizdom could be done on whiteboards if you don't have the remotes in your school. The plenary is an exit ticket, there is a word document to print these out.
This is a full lesson based on 80 mins but could easily be altered for the length of your lessons. It has a settling starter for when students enter the room this is a multiplication grid for this lesson followed by the learning objectives slide. There is then a starter of shading fractions recapping from the previous lesson then matching them up to link to equivalent fractions. There are then a selection of examples for equivalent fractions and simplifying fractions. This is followed by a slide of steps and examples to copy into their books. It includes a slide of differentiated questions and a card trail activity. The plenary is an exit ticket activity.
This is a full lesson based on 80 mins but you could alter it to fit your classes. The settling starter for this lesson is simplifying fractions as they will need to be able to remember that during the lesson. This is followed by the learning objective slide and a starter that recaps adding and subtracting fractions with the same denominator from last lesson. There are then example slides that include what to do if you are multiplying by a whole number and notes for students to copy into their books. This is followed by some differentiated questions. The extra practice activity is 10 quick questions, these slides are automated to move on after 30 seconds but you can change the time if you don't think your class will need as long. The plenary is an exit ticket, there is a word document for this so you can just print those off
