Star charts for children to fill in, when their chart is full they could get a reward. There is a range of colours for the children to choose from. You could add stickers to it or laminate it and use dry wipe pens.

simple prompt strips which can be stuck into childrens books (I use them for each piece of work) that can be used as a reminder and check list when doing their writing. Also includes a large one which can be displayed on the classroom wall, and large versions of the strips that can be laminated for each child to use each time they wrote if the strips can not be stuck into books.

A quick maths activity which can be used for a morning task, maths lesson starter or simply if you have a spare 5 minutes. Each sum is presented as a word problem and the children either need to use an addition or subtraction strategy ( extend by asking children what it was about the question that made them use a certain operation) the answers are revealed by clicking the mouse and the star will fly away. There are 15 questions altogether and they include a mixture of abilities with some answers been below 10 others 10- 20 and a couple of 20 + ones. if you find this resource useful look out for other quick maths resources coming soon!

A way for children to thank each other for good deeds, encourage them to thank children and adults for the kind and helpful things they do for them. Makes a lovely classroom board ( title sheet included) and is a good all year round PSHCE activity. This can be used throughout both primary and high school with any ability.
