After completing my Bachelor of Arts degree in Social care I became strongly believe that effective teamwork and the ability to take initiative are crucial skills for success. As a team member, I prioritize recognizing and encouraging each individual's unique strengths and abilities. Colleagues often describe me as approachable and empathetic, and I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental work environment.  In addition to my bachelor's degree, I have also earned a Master's degree in Social Policy and a Certificate of Education. Through my education and experience, I have gained valuable insights and perspectives that enable me to contribute meaningfully to team discussions and problem-solving. I remain committed to ongoing learning and growth, and I believe that active participation in a team provides an excellent opportunity to both share and learn from others.
