These are worksheets that provide students an opportunity to practice two geometric transformation skills – reflection and resizing (Scale Factor, enlargement). Each sheet is a complete exercise in itself and there are 7 Halloween themed images to choose from. Each image has two choices of background to work with – 4x4 grid or 6x6 grid. You decide what is appropriate for your students. Teacher notes and answer sheets are provided for all images on both 4x4 and 6x6 grids.

Times tables Practice Worksheets. This is an excellent math center activity allowing your students consolidate, practice and maintain their times table knowledge. This has been designed to allow teachers to print off and make into a booklet. Alternatively you can print off the individual sheet(s) needed for the intended teaching and learning. One suggestion for use is to have individual students use this as a booklet that runs over several days, with the student completing a page a day. An activity sheet that combines the maths concepts of position and direction within a New Zealand ANZAC unit study (with a focus on World War 2 battles). Students work on locating New Zealand battle locations in World War 2 using longitude and latitude. Students will require access to an atlas or (more preferably) an online map app, such as Google Maps. Students are provided with the recording sheet and an information card that contains information on four battles New Zealand was involved in, the dates of the battles and the country. Please note - they are not in order on the card! Using the information cards and the coordinates on the recording sheet students then work out which battle took place in which country and when. Includes; recording sheet, information cards, teacher instructions and answer sheet.
