Maths in Biology BUNDLE (Edexcel GCSE Biology)
A set of resources that focuses on common Maths calculations and skills that appear across the Edexcel Biology papers.
It contains two sets of resources resources - one for Paper 1 and another for Paper 2. For each paper there is;
A double sided worksheet of calculations based on topics that appear in the exam paper.
A single sided worksheet of equations that are needed to complete the calculations. It is mean as a reference/supportive resource to compliment the other sheet.
Each calculation is colour coded for ease - e.g. the calculations in the green box need the equation/guidance from the green section on the equation sheet.
I have used both of these prior to exams and it has really helped boost pupil confidence. I hope you will find it successful with your students.
CB4 Revision Booklet (Edexcel GCSE Combined Science Biology)
Revision booklet that covers all key concepts from CB1 from the Edexcel Combined Science GCSE course. This includes Human Evolution, Darwin’s Theory, Classification, Selective Breeding & Genetic Modification.
Full of a variety of activities – definitions, short questions, labelling of diagrams etc that will keep students focused on the subject specifics.
Designed to contain all the detail students need for the final exams.
Trialled with my students throughout the course – it can be used as preparation for the final exams or prior to end of topic tests.

A resource to support the Edexcel Antibiotics core practical (Triple only).
Used as a revision tool during a core practical workshop but could be used alongside teaching during the topic.
It is a ‘prompt sheet’ of questions that pupils historically misunderstand or get incorrect during exams.
I have trialled it with my Year 11 groups this year and they were very positive about it. We had equipment out to remind them of the set up/demoed they method and then they worked through in groups, extended by a few past exam questions.
