Included are two resources cards to lead pupils through hurdles:

The first card is 2 pages starting with an activity to find their lead leg. It leads pupils through the basic steps to develop the correct technique. This included the clear steps fro pupils to work through or for teachers to lead the class through.

The second card would be used with pupils who have a basic understanding and need to recap the key teaching points.
