Danger zone for food lesson. This food hygiene lesson contains a PowerPoint Presentation and a Worksheet to help your students understand what is a high risk food and what is the danger zone in food with regards to temperatures.

This is the fourth and final lesson of the Keeping Safe and Hygienic Course. It is suitable to use alongside the K3 Food Safety Lessons and Curriculum for Excellence. Ideal for the first lessons on food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
