This tarsia (squaresaw) is a fun and engaging way to practise or consolidate exact values of sin, cos and tan in degrees. Kinaesthetic way of learning and problem solving. Also useful for fostering positive group work and co-operative learning.

Instructions:
Print and laminate on coloured paper.
Cut the puzzle pieces so it is ready to give to students.
Students match the pieces together to make a 3 x 4 rectangle. Ideally done in groups, but can be done individually.
