Impulse Set Study Circuit Training Cards
-Can be displayed around the room in order to facilitate students independent / autonomous rehearsal of 'Impulse'.
- Teaching points comments upon accuracy of movement, correct timing and technical execution. These prompts help students focus their rehearsal.
- Bunch a number of cards together to form a station. Students can rotate stations every 3-4mins.
- One station focusses upon the use of technology to capture still images of key positions in order to observe / analyse performance.
