This lesson was created for a lesson observation with very low ability group. This enabled the group to revise and assimilate all learning from the beginning of the term. Kinesthetic activities throughout the lesson (matching the numbers, noughts and crosses with support on the slide, park the translations and a board game. To park the translations, I used Legos and blue tacked the translations on them. Each task went very well! For the final task, I used lollipop sticks with sentence openers to enable the students to complete their self-assessment. This is aimed at an extremely low ability group but some tasks could also be used for a higher group. To engage the learners, I have included lots of visual cues.
