ICT Mini Project

This is a multimedia mini-project centered on a “Sponsored Bake” theme, designed to simulate real-world business tasks. It integrates three major software applications to teach students how to maintain a consistent style across different platforms. This project is ideal for developing independent working skills.

Key Components:

• Desktop Publishing (Publisher): Students create professional marketing materials, including an eye-catching advertisement, a structured price list using tables, and a formal news report using a template.
• Presentations (PowerPoint): Learners design a five-slide presentation to promote their charity. This task focuses on technical skills like master slide design and setting up automatic transitions instead of manual mouse clicks.
• Data Handling (Excel): The final stage involves creating a financial spreadsheet to track sales and earnings. Students must use appropriate formulas, display work in formula view, and generate a chart to visualize their data.
