This is an example of feedback given after an assessment. It’s divided into three steps:
Wow: what has the student done well
Now: what needs to be improved
How: show student how to make improvements.
In the ‘how’ section, you can just tick one or two steps.
This will stand out in your students’ books. As marking needs to be differentiated and it can prove quite hard to manage this in normal circumstances, use prepared template with ‘how’ section already created which will save you a considerable amount of time. The ‘Wow’ section can be generic and topic based, I suggest that the ‘Now’ section be differentiated for each student. I hope this will help with the pressure of marking in MFL departments.

£3 for one sheet of feedback ? Only document included is the one shown in preview. I have never left a poor comment or rating on the TES as I feel colleagues always try their best, especially when they charge for their own resources. Disappointing to say the least.
