**THE MOST COMPLETE OFSTED PREPARATION TOOL **

This is the full upgrade of our bestselling Ofsted SLT Report Card | Automated Inspection Dashboard (rated 5 stars) and used by school leaders across England since December 2025). Everything in that resource is included here - plus a complete School Development Plan, Evidence Register, Planning Call Prep module, Inspection Question Bank, Pupil Data Dashboard, and a professionally formatted printable report. If you already own the Report Card, this replaces and supersedes it.

This is not a Word template or an Excel spreadsheet. It is a fully interactive, browser-based application - a single HTML file that opens with a double-click and works entirely offline. No installation. No subscription. No internet required.

Built specifically for the November 2025 Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and the new Report Card grading system, this tool brings together everything a senior leadership team needs to self-evaluate, plan, and prepare for inspection - all in one place.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
1. SELF-EVALUATION FORM (SEF)
All 9 Ofsted inspection areas with all 209 EIF criteria. Tick each standard your school meets and your Report Card grade calculates automatically — just as Ofsted would judge it. No guesswork. Includes:
• Safeguarding (Met / Not Met with failure indicators)
• Inclusion
• Curriculum and Teaching
• Achievement
• Attendance and Behaviour
• Personal Development and Well-being
• Leadership and Governance
• Early Years in Schools (optional toggle)
• Post-16 Provision (optional toggle)
2. SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (SDP)
Generates automatically from your SEF judgements. Areas below your chosen threshold become SDP priorities — one per area, not 76 individual criteria. Includes action planning, RAG status, lead names, resources, dates, impact statements using the Achieve · Belong · Thrive framework, and a governor summary table.
3. EVIDENCE REGISTER
For every inspection area, record your evidence: the type (lesson observation, pupil voice, data, governor visit etc.), the date, where to find it, and whether it shows a strength or a gap. This is what you point to when the inspector asks “how do you know?”
4. PLANNING CALL PREP
Ofsted calls the day before inspection. This tab prepares your talking points for every area — one-sentence strength, development priority, key data to quote, and your confidence level. Click Generate printable brief to print a one-page crib sheet for the call.
5. INSPECTION QUESTION BANK
Inside each area, a collapsible list of likely inspector questions drawn from Ofsted’s operating guidance. Use them to brief middle leaders, practise responses, and check your evidence covers everything.
6. PUPIL DATA DASHBOARD
Enter your attendance, PA rate, exclusions, Progress 8 / Attainment 8 / KS2 results, disadvantaged gap and SEND outcomes. Green/amber/red dots compare you to national averages automatically.
