A set of three lessons following ‘Quelle orientation t’attire?’ Studio GCSE Higher French Module 7.1. Students are reminded of jobs and introduced to work sectors then go on to practice using comparatives and the difference between mieux and meilleur. Students practice their skills through a range of activities from the book enhanced with support and challenge activities as well as additional slides to explain and practice the grammar, a gap fills, differentiated translations in to English, stepped translations in to French and a trapdoor activity. The lessons conclude with arole play card task with student friendly criteria and an extended writing task with success criteria to facilitate self/peer assessment.
