People often think that your warm up needs to link to the specific sport that you are teaching. Yes it can help, but really, at primary school, the aim needs to be to get children moving, listening and smiling from the get go.
These warm ups are certainly active and, what is even better, they require very minimal equipment, making them easy to set up.
