This resource reminds staff is a useful prompt when discussing children’s behaviour after an incident. These questions help guide to repair what has happened during the incident and helps children reflect on their behaviour.

The questions that are included in this resource are:

What happened?
What were you thinking at the time?
What have you thought about since?
Who has been affected by what you have done? In what way?
What do you think you need to do to make things right?

Using this resource you can cut out and laminate these cards so that they fit in staff’s lanyard, allowing everyone in a school to use them!
