SEND Tracking System

A comprehensive spreadsheet that has recently undergone the rigour of an OFSTED inspection and was rated very highly in regards to an overview of need and provision across multiple schools.

This spreadsheet contains multiple formula to help you track and monitor SEND across your school.

The spreadsheet contains:

• SEND Register sheet (although most may use their MIS for this)
• Termly review sheet (track which plans have been reviewed and what is still required from yourself or your teachers).
• Termly targets sheet (track how many targets are being achieved by each child each term, giving you the opportunity to see quickly which children or teachers may need more support.
• Monitoring tracking sheet (monitor which children are currently monitored for SEND and keep a record of those who have previously and their next steps).
• Comprehensive intervention tracker sheet (tracks progress of each individual intervention, each child, and provides you an estimated cost for each).
• External agency register sheet (keep a record of which children are accessing which services).
• Termly SDQ tracking sheet (track children SDQ scores across the year).
• Extra-curricular club tracking sheet (track which children are accessing which clubs, how many, and analyse the demographic percentages of children, allowing you to focus in on which children may not be accessing any clubs).
• Intervention (PIVATS used as an example) tracking sheet (basic sheet that allows you to track which children are achieving which strands but this can be adapted for any intervention).
