Here are the resources I use for my sensory circuits.

I typically do a sensory circuit for all students in the morning and in the afternoon, I sometimes find myself doing them throughout the day too if certain children need it.

I skip the alerting section if my student/s are visibly heightened & need to calm/regulate.

I have colour coded each activity to match the planning board (alerting, organising & calming).

-Alerting: Wakes up the body and brain, stimulating the vestibular system and proprioception.
-Organising: Improves coordination, motor planning & focus.
-Calming:Helps children feel settled and ready to learn.
