This module explores how equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) shape both workplace culture and media practice. Students examine legal, ethical, and organisational responsibilities while developing practical skills to embed inclusive approaches into creative work. By producing a four-part podcast series, learners apply theoretical knowledge to engaging, real-world outputs, developing critical awareness of barriers, solutions, and the value of diverse perspectives in the creative industries.
