This is for pupils aged 11-14. What is included is a powerpoint on marriage and an assessment. The learning intention is to study what happens at a Christian Wedding. The Success Criteria are I can describe what happens at a Christian Wedding. I can understand the customs at a Christian Wedding and I can express an opinion on what happens at a Christian Wedding. The assessment is differentiated to three different levels. Some of the questions at level 1 and 2 compare a Christian wedding to a Jewish or Islamic wedding. This is linked to the Scottish Curriculum but could also be linked to other curriculums.
