I am an ambitious middle leader with 12 years teaching experience in a range of school settings in the UK including both the private and state sector. I am looking for a new position that challenge my leadership, knowledge and experience more efficiently. I have an optimistic outlook on life, I’m resilient, adaptable to change, self-reflective, able to build good relationships with others, have moral integrity and care deeply about the education, happiness and welfare of the students I teach. I have proven success of embedding change over a 3-4 year cycle as Head of Art and through a whole school improvement project at senior level. I recently completed this as part of my National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL). As a result, I offer a proven ability of being able to positively impact whole school attainment through whole school leadership.I have also have pastoral experience as Head of House and Resident House Parent.
