These sheets were designed for classroom use (laminated and distributed when completing extended responses) in order to facilitate more independent working.
This unit was designed for year 9 students to complete in English lessons before deciding on options subjects. It covers the key aspects of Eduqas GCSE Film Studies - analysing mise en scene, storyboarding, screenplay writing and evaluations. All resources and lesson plans are included. The Superhero film genre is used as focus.

Designed on Microsoft excel, this tracking document will help you keep track of the progress of your KS4 students, with specific columns for each of the questions on the exam paper. The sheet will auto calculate INDIVIDUAL GRADES FOR EACH QUESTION, total marks on the paper as well as total overall marks, which then feed into an overall grade based on the boundaries released by AQA (JUNE 2018 OFFICIAL BOUNDARIES). Furthermore, to account for boundary movement next year, I have added a buffer column which shows you the grade that would be achieved should the boundary increase by 5 marks on this year’s grade, as it did last year for some grades.
All you need to do is add the pupil information from SIMS/your marksheet and the marks they have achieved for each question and the rest is done for you.
