This bundle is a set of resources for students in y8/9 this worked well when in classrooms during COVID and also when doing remote learning it includes Lesson 1- Stylistic Features analysis- students learn how to analyse RADS of a professional piece of Dance using a structured writing frame. Lesson 2- Dance skills- Students learn about physical and expressive skills and are asked to evaluate performance using correct terminology and writing structure. . Lesson 3- Students learn about the types of stimuli that can be used to create a dance and write their ideas using a writing structure Lesson 4- Students are given a brief and asked to write about their ideas for a themed piece from stimulus. I will be then sharing all the pitches with the class for them to see who might have similar ideas to them before making groups. This could also just be used as an exploration task and evidence generating for the component.
