I started teaching the Level 5 Diploma in Education in 2017. For the past 5 years, I have worked under different module leaders and supervisors and have risen through the rank to become Deputy Academic Lead and Academic Lead for Teaching and Learning (Diploma in Education and Training) The resources reflect the various challenges that I faced personally when I was a student enrolled on Level 5 in the 2015- 2016 Diploma in Education and Training and when I started my first teaching in 2017. I am currently managing HND Business in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management for the British Academy of Jewellery ( London/Leicester/Sheffield Campuses) with different Assessors, Lecturers and internal verifiers. The experience of managing students, designing curriculum and managing academics and professionals with different levels of experience has been brought to bear on developing these resources
