John Madejski Academy is a rapidly improving school with a cutting edge curriculum and exciting professional development opportunities.  We are passionate about transforming the life chances of our students through excellent teaching and learning, a fantastic pastoral support system and a broad curriculum tailored to our students’ needs, including extensive extra-curricular opportunities. Staff workload and well-being is at the heart of our ethos.
