AQA A2 Business Lesson on Unit 7: Analysing the strategic position of a business. Topic is for the first/introductory lesson on Mission, Corporate Objectives and Strategy. The lesson has a lot of content, possibly suited to 2 lessons, covers the topic with business case study examples on Asda (Mission) and Nike (Corporate Objectives). The worksheets are designed for simple paired discussion at intervals to consolidate theory. Their are video links such as one on what is strategy, which is a bit long (8 mins) but very insightful and offers a good overview of what A2 content covers.
