(Edexcel) Rivers: River Management - The River Nene

Students watch the video links about the river Nene. Students are to use the Edexcel textbook, pages 80 and 81, to make detailed notes on management techniques at the river Nene. A success criteria is provided to guide the students on how to make the notes. Extension activity is to evaluate which technique would have the best impact and explain why. Students are to complete an exam question: explain the management techniques that have been used at the River Nene. Sentence starters and key words are included to help support the students answers.
