A simple pythagoras worksheet. would make a good investigation into a proof of Pythagoras' Theorem where students are encouraged to work out the area of squares attached to sides and then the lengths of the sides themselves.

I'll be using this with my (SEND) year 9's. Nice hands on approach for them.

Used this with a very low ability Year 10. I always introduce Pythagoras with square and triangles, this was a lovely follow on to this introduction.

Nice resource where students can apply Pythagoras to a series of questions. A really good thing is that after completing this worksheet, students should never make that classic mistake when finding one of the shorter sides, given the hypotenuse and the other shorter side.
