One of the best Art projects I have ever created and taught!
The project consists of the children looking closely at fashion in the 60s, giving them lots of time to watch videos, discuss and compare. The children complete a double page spread of 60s fashion, using images and other media to decorate their page however they like- these always come out amazing.
There is an additional step where the children can design their own 60s outfit with fabric either in their sketchbooks or even better- on a real mannequin!
Amazing project for your students! I used with Year 5s and 6s but could differentiate for 4 and 3 too.
