Many of our students struggle with being flexible in their thinking. This lack of flexibility can impact children in a lot of problematic ways. Students who are inflexible thinkers often struggle with social interactions, they may be anxious about handling changes, or easily frustrated when things don’t go as planned. Finding a variety of ways to practice those skills can be difficult, though. The items in this 5-in-1 folder are designed to provide you with multiple ways to build flexible thinking skills in students of all ages and at all levels. Before using the materials, print, laminate, and cut out all the cards. Then, using Velcro, arrange them as shown in the illustration, so they all fit in one folder.
