I have created an 'all-on-one-page' revision sheet which I print off in A3 for all of my year 11s (a few times..and let them print off their own after that). There is a page for:

Population
Settlement
Economic Development (first part)
Economic Development (second part)
Natural Hazards
I also have a Foundation version listed separately.
I ask pupils first to revise using their class notes and revision guide. Then they try to complete the grids in as much detail as possible.. Then they go back to see what they missed and add to it. They create one really good perfect one and then use that as the master sheet to go back on when they try another grid again!
