These are artistic activities to discover the paintings of the** impressionist** painter Claude Monet: “the nympheas” and “woman with a parasol” and to create works inspired by his style.

The nympheas
the students will study different techniques to create nympheas: how to draw these flowers lillies and also how to create relief flowers by folding with paper handkerchiefs.

The** woman with the parasol**
Students will be introduced to the Impressionist movement and create a painting with Impressionist techniques.
This activity, which is also an introduction to the history of the arts of painting, will allow them to create magnificent works of art while developing their sense of observation and their creativity.
