I created this marksheet for my PE Department to record and submit marks for OCR's Entry Level Certificate (R463 first teaching 2017). They wanted something that automatically calculated levels of attainment / progress, would display different levels of attainment for each assessment activity in colour and provide a summative grade achieved overall. Being an SEN school, the teachers additionally wanted something simple enough to display to students in order to explain to them their attainment / progress in the qualification.
