Back to school themed activity - motor skills, physical activity and brain break cards. Add some fun to your day with this printable PE game, brain break cards and movement cards to get kids moving! 20 back to school themed activity cards. Get the wiggles out, encourage motor skills and physical fitness, and set up a positive learning environment to improve concentration! Great to use any time children would benefit from wriggling to refocus. Use 1-2 cards for a quick break or as many as you need to fill the time or release excess energy. The cards can also be used a full pe lesson or transitional activities.

Who are these cards suitable for?

Anyone! They are particularly suited to younger children, preschool - 2nd grade. However, my older primary school kids always have fun when I get these out. They are designed to be suitable to all abilities and can be easily adapt as needed. They are great for use in the regular classroom, special education room, occupational/physical therapy and physical education.

When to use the cards

The cards can be used for a movement break at any point during the day! Use at circle time, between sedentary tasks, free time or any time children would benefit from moving. These cards are fun for use during PE or in group/individual physical and occupational therapy. Use these cards to get the wiggles out, strengthen gross motor skills, improve concentration, and set up a positive learning environment for your preschool, young children and elementary aged learners.

You will receive 20 activity cards in 3 formats:

  • 4 to a page, small cards with instructions, with easy-to-cut layout, suitable for guillotine / paper cutter.

  • 4 to a page, small cards pictures only, with easy-to-cut layout, suitable for guillotine / paper cutter.

  • Full size card - one action per card - great for group or classroom use.

You can choose which size to print, or print them all!

The pages are formatted suitable for A4 or US letter size (standard home or school printers). When printing, choose “fit to page” in settings.

I recommend laminating the cards for long-term durability.
