In this PSHE lesson plan KS2 pupils get to explore and practise skills around being assertive and the difference between assertive, passive and aggressive (including passive aggressive). This will help pupils identify their own strengths and weaknesses in managing conflict and changing relationships. In the safe environment of the classroom they get to practise the skills of being assertive and learn how this can lead to a win win outcome.
