Told through a countdown of four short scenes, we follow staff and pupils as they try, and fail, to keep everything calm - from assemblies and Christmas cards, to last minute nativity panic. As the misunderstandings pile up, a heartfelt moment brings everyone back together leading to a warm finale where the school finally feels ready for Christmas.
