This activity contains 30 questions at the top of the sheet which the student has to solve by means of completing the square. The 30 answers can be found, jumbled up, at the bottom of the sheet. The student therefore has to match each question with its corresponding answer. I have used this with my Year 10 and 11 classes many times and it allows students to self-mark as well as being easy for the teacher to mark and monitor as you circulate. Answers are also provided.
