Use for group tasks to assist levels of participation. Students initial where they have seen other pupils display the positive behaviours needed to work productively in a group for rewards.
I have used it with even the most cynical of groups who have initially laughed at it's inclusion but it soon gets competitive.
Possible use for differentiation at all levels of ability- have a role of facilitator to monitor all members of the teams contributions.
