This is a lesson I used for a Dance observation. This was designed to be used with 'Uptown Funk' instrumental version however I have also used it with 'Hall of Fame'.
Dance actions and dynamics: The actions (What you are doing) and dynamics (How you are doing it) words should be stuck around the room. The students then use the actions and dynamics words to produce their own motif.
The actions and dynamics worksheet: This can be used for groups to write their dance down on.
Challenge cards: These can be given to stretch those groups who have perfected their motif.
Learning Objectives Poster: These can be stuck on the wall so that pupils can use the outcomes to assess themselves and know how to improve.
